Prices: All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Designs by Daniella, Inc. shall not be held liable for typographical errors.

Sales Taxes: Orders by Massachusetts Residents may be subject to normal MA state sales tax on all sales. These monies will be in addition to and not already reflected in the pricing.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping. A shipping surcharge may apply to orders for Hawaii and Alaska and some extremely remote areas of the country.

Inspect all items when received for damage. Designs by Daniella, Inc. is not responsible for these occurrences. Any damage to shipped items should be reported to the carrier. Any damaged items are the sole responsibility of the carrier.

Returns: Any merchandise returned without the RMA# number and not sent freight paid will be refused. Please see complete policy below.

The return of a non-defective item: All returned merchandise must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) on the outside of the box. Returns to be authorized, must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or 10 days of receipt of order, whichever is later. Non-defective returned merchandise must be in original, packaging, in condition allowing it to be resold. A 30% restocking fee, and all shipping charges/processing fees will be deducted from any credit due on all returned merchandise unless other prior arrangements have been made with Designs by Daniella, Inc. All Product orders are considered valid until canceled. Orders not cancelled and cancellations not acknowledged by Designs by Daniella, Inc. prior to shipping will incur shipping charges and processing fees when merchandise is returned as per above. If customer accepts delivery and later finds damage, then the customer must file a claim with the shipping company.

Terms and Conditions
Warranty: Designs by Daniella, Inc. expressly disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or inability to use an item sold by us. Our sole obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective, as is explained in the “terms and conditions” section of this website.

Revisions: Because of the evolving nature of the technologies that we use and the way that we conduct business, we may amend this policy from time to time. We will post any revisions on this site.
